Default Coupe Blind Spots?

Hi all. I am considering a Civic as my first new car. I test drove a DX-G Sedan and DX-G Coupe over the weekend. I prefer the coupe, but I had a hard time with the restricted visibility. Did any of you have a hard time adjusting to this? Any tips?

TIA

I thought it would be a problem but visibility is better than my 2005 lx coupe. I had very little trouble getting used to the A-pillar location. I had thought that it would be very hard but I am happy to be wrong about that. Good luck with your new car!

This is my first new car as well, the pillars are a pain occasionally, but I'd rather have a roof that won't collapse on top of me in a roll over.

Ive ridden in a few 06 coupes and there were a couple of bad blind spots, but they weren't too bad considering I've ridden in cars with much worse visibility problems.

Thanks for all the input. I'm kind of leaning towards getting the sedan now since I'll be mainly driving in rush hour traffic downtown and on busy freeways. I will probably try the coupe one more time before I decide for sure though.

Put convex mirrors on your side mirrors if that will make you more comfortable. You wont have anymore problems with blindspots.
