Its actually HART's racing Honda Civic Si that participated on the One Lap of America Event.

Its not slow... its actually supercharged with a few other goodies. And as a testimate to just how good it is, it beat out cars with over 500hp like evo's, muscle cars, porsches and luxury sports cars like M5's.. all modified...and It took 4th overall...
