Torque wrench, jackstands and basic hand tools. The hardest part is lining the damn tranny back up when putting everything back together. Not a tough job at all though.

Blue loctite for the flywheel bolts. And some anti-wear grease on the clutch fork and pressure plate and throwout bearing.

a friend or a engine hoist to put the tranny back in. that is the hardest part.

i just installed my clutch, i did it on my own, took me about 4 hours with the help of an engine hoist. hardest part, putting tranny back in. i messed up by using impact to shoot in the pressure plate bolts. you should use a torque wrench. i was too lazy to redo it so i just left it like that. you need to get some grease and grease the shift folk *****(2), and the input shaft of the tranny. i changed my clutch without having to change my tranny fluid. only a few drops fell out and it was fine. make sure you break it in properly after though. good luck.

if you're asking me the question, no. it came out a bit when the tranny was leaning to one side. i check tranny fluid afterwards. everything is fine.
