is it true that vinyl decals increase downforce therefore raising torque and hp?

 

If each vinyl decal weighs 100lbs + then yes it'll increase downforce by pulling the car down. but probably fall off and if they do stay on, kill your acceleration and handling.
If each vinyl sticker weighs the weight of a vinyl sticker and you tell everyone you have 5 stickers on and that much = +5hp, you'll be slapped, laughed at, and otherwise ridiculed.

To clear my post up, you'll put them on, THINK you'll have more power when you DON'T and then if you TRY to say they increase your power you will get the slap, mockery, and ridicule.
