Ok i installed a new distributor on my 1990 accord, I marked the timing and stuff and put the new one on the right way
But now when i go to start my car after a while of sitting it dosnt start right away, and when it starts it feels like its gonna stall out at first
Then my idle fluctuates up and down, and when it goes down it sounds like its gonna stall
Spark plugs, wires were already replaced

You need to get a timing light and set the timing. Just because you set the new distributor where the old one was doesn't mean you have it exact. Set the timing and it should run correctly.
