Default F22 alternator

A friend of mine is in a tight spot and needs an alternator cheap. Will any other alternator fit? Like a D-series? Thanks in advance

I'm not 100% but I dought it.

Just look at the mounting and compair the two. I'm pretty sure they mount up to the their brackets differently.

If that for some reason lines up, then look at the plug and compair those.

And thats not even to say if the amp, voltage, or whatever ratings are the same.

Edit:
By looking at online parts stores like Majestic and SLhonda, they look different and their part numbers are different. So I don't think your friend is in luck this time.
