how to change a civic radiator support

does anyone know how to change the radiator support on a 96 civic dx. what kind of welder do i need..... any advice would be goood thanx in aqdvane

Drill the spot welds with a spot weld bit or use a air hammer with chisel. MIG or TIG would be sufficient. Afterwards some body adhesive for the seams would be nice.
