Default skunk 2 h22 intake manifold help

need input from people with experience with this...
so, i finally put my motor in (h22a into 94 accord) and i see in the directions for the skunk2 manifold it comes with some ports to go onto the mounting location for the iac valve on the back of the manifold so you can relocate the iac to the fuel rail area. however i did not recieve these parts in the box, so i assumed they werent needed, i inspected the manifold and noticed an h22 iac would not mount to the manifold correctley, so i used a b-series iac and it bolts up perfectly
when it came time to install the motor, i chose to leave the iac and throttle body off for clearance issues and ease of installation, now that the motor is mounted there is probably only a 2" or so gap between the back of the manifold and the firewall, im unsure if an iac valve will fit there..
also i noticed the manifold plenum hits against the brake booster when moving the motor by hand, i wonder if this will be a problem?

-sooo, im looking for people with experience using an h22 skunk manifold in a 5th gen accord chassis...

Yup, you're going to have alot of fun just like I did.

The manifold won't hit the firewall however it is going to bash off the brake booster like crazy. I personally took a little bit off the manifold and put a little dent into the booster so that it would no longer touch, sounds ghetto but it works like a charm and it's better than the manifold rubbign through the booster. Also might be a good idea to put a polyurethane motor mount bushing kit in to stiffer it up a bit.

I put the IAC valve on the IM, before putting the IM on the motor.

the space behind the manifold is pretty tight your not gonna be able to squeeze and iac back there. better go get the relocation plates from skunk and mount the iac somehwere else.

also the manifold should not be hitting the brake booster.

i have this manifold in a 5g chassis too.

on a 4g chassis the IAC will fit on the back of the manifold, there is enough clearance.

alright, thanks for the replies..

i think i might pull the motor out enough to bolt the iac back on and do that, if i cant then ill try and get ahold of a relocation plate..
