I have a 88 DX sedan. It started out with the D15B2/auto tranny. I've dropped in a ZC w/ Z6 head, Si tranny (currently running in another car), P28 (confirmed working) and Boomslang harness w/ the mpfi swap. I've read a lot of threads and websites. I've read over the instructions multiple times but I don't know what to do about this problem.
When I turn the key to ignition the mail relay buzzes for about 5-10 seconds and then it stops, the fuel pump primes and the rail makes noise. When I turn it over the relay buzzes again and no fuel. I am getting spark with the relay un-plugged. Also I the e-brake light turns on when I crank the motor over. I've gone back over the wiring and from what I can tell everything is right and connections are solid. For the auto conversion the only wiring I touched was connecting the thick black/white wires together and cutting the plugs off near the door sill so they don't run under the seat anymore. Is there anything I didn't do from the auto to manual that would cause this problem. I also don't know what the AIB solenoid valve is.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

the wiring for the auto to manual dosent seem right to me. what i would do is go to http://www.rywire.com and on the right of the page he has a great write up on that swap. double check what you did compaired to whats on his site. hope this helps good luck
Buddy, have you tried a known good main relay?? If it's buzzing, there is something wrong!! Go pluck one out of a running car. I just had to change one of mine again. They go bad all the time.
Also, I don't know which wires there are, but the car won't start unless it was in park or neutral. Look for neutral safety switch. You'll probably have to ground that circuit out. I don't have schematics for an auto at my house, I'll look into it tomorrow if you email me about it.

Thanks for the link and the advise. According to his right up I have the saftey switch right which would make sense cause the car wouldn't even crank over w/o it, right? With the main relay unplugged the car cranks over and gets spark but no fuel pump or rail activity. I read something late last night about a ground for the main relay and how if it's not 100% that could cause the buzzing. Thanks for the help, hopefully I'll have a solution here soon.

Alright so I realized I'm an idiot and didn't ground the wires to the thermostat. Car fired up just fine however there are some other issues at hand. The oil light is on and the check engine light is on. I'm really scared about the light, I just did a royal purple oil change and fram filter. Any ideas?
