I just bought a brand new 06 Acura TL auto blk on blk and I can't get it started. I put the key in and turn it and it doesnt start.

 

take your **** back to the dealer....WARRENTY!!!

 

Does it do nothing when you turn the key? Does it turn over and not start? Is the green immobilizer light on the dash lit up/blinking?

 

i had to replace my BRAND NEW TL's battery after 4months... it was alittle bit ridiculous...

had to change that battery on my wifes murano at 9months... these new cars nowadays are coming with some shity *** baterries

thats what i had to deal with... but it could be something with the security system...

you don't need to do that to start the car

 

Make sure you're on "parked". Turn your steering wheel so it will locked. Then see if you can start your car.

 

or push in the clutch if its a 6 speed

Take it back to the dealer. They forgot to disable something with the security.
