Kyb with eibachs sportsline springs good combo?
my friend handed me some custom cut eibach springs that drop 1.8 around with about 10k on them. And gave me some new Kyb shocks. I was wondering do they go good together? is it a bouncy ride? I was wondering do i need camber kits also.
what do u mean custom cut?? if he cut the springs himself then i would not recommend using the new kybs they will not last. the reason i say this because he already f#$# the spring rate on them.
he told me he cutted them so it would drop 1.8 all around. So i shouldnt use it and buy new ones? how do you determine if you need camber kit or not?
the sportlines drop about that much anyway... i dont know that from what youve presented i would put ANYTHING your friend gives on my car.
if you get an alignment done and have your toe set to zero you wont need a camber kit expecially on such a minor drop. there are people here running 3+ inches down without camber kits or tire wear issues. if you want a camber kit to be able to adjust your camber for varying track conditions then be my guest but you dont *need* one.
