Default launching with LSD

where do u guys launch at with LSD and a racing clutch? i just recently bought an ITR tranny and i do not notice anything cool abot LSD. when launching, should i go lower RPM to make the best out of the LSD?

If you are launching the car, an LSD would warrant an increased launch RPM over an open differential. You need the tires to spin a bit, and the LSD is improving traction. You really need to do this by trial and error to account for your setup variables (tires, tire pressure, springs, shocks, clutch, LSD, etc.)

so an LSD would be better if i was to launch at a higher rpm and let the tires spin out?

yes, I would believe it would, both wheels are getting power so you wont just peg-leg off the line, the car catches traction quicker and it will have near equal power on both wheels

ok.. what is a good RPM to launch btw?? would 5k with a stage 3 clutch be good? or lower

my friend would launch his ITR at 4500 and hold the throttle in the same postion until he caught traction then punch it, he would get out of the hole quicker than alot of people

awesome.. i will try that this saturday at the track... any more advise referring to LSD's or launching?
