I'm fairly confident that is a bad ECU. I had the same problem in my OBD0 LS-VTEC until I switched my disty, but was throwing a disty code. If you have a solid light that's an ECU malfunction. What ECU were you using P72?

ok well i put a p28 to see what the deal was with the ecu. it ran but still bogged out. but it let me rev up to 6500 first then to 4 now back at 35, but it did let me check codes im only throwing (10) intake air temp and (41) 02 heater.. i dont think either of them would make the car bog at 3 grand ,,, im actaully running an obd2 intake mani and TB . from what ive read that shoudlnt cause a poblem..
any help would be much aprech...

check you sensors.
map, tps and all of those on your intake manifold,
my friends ZC did the same thing and it was cause his map sensor was bad,

ok i finally got to drive it with a p28 in it.. im throwing 4(crank position sensor) 9(cylinder sensor) 15 (Ignition output signal) so im sure my dizzy is fucked and that explains the 3 grand bogg.. .....

but heres the wierd catch. when i crank it up on the p28 it lets me rev up all the way to redline for like the first min im drivin.(which i herd it wouldnt let me do cuz of the secondary butterfly) but it did. but then it starts boggin out at 3 again. then i cut the car off and crank it right back up. same thing. lets me rev to redline for a min.... the back to boggin at 3...

should all this be fine when i get the dizzy **** worked out and a new ecu? or is something crazy going on?
