95 civic which is pos/neg?

gunna install some oem hid's on today. it has a pos/neg wire on it which one is pos/neg off my stock wires to my headlights?

the wire splits look at it the one that goes close the 2 wires r positive n negative n the wire itself is positive buh its for high beam
