alright guys, i just rewired an h22 swap for a friend...Now when i start it up there is this loud *** squeal from the intake manifold. The only code its throwing is IAT, there is a crap load of fuel and oil on cylinder 4 spark plug. I just did a compression check and they came out cyl 4-280, cyl 3-270, cyl 2-270, cyl 1-270.
Im out here on my laptop banging my head because of this. So please help.

 

Whine at starting? You check the starter?

 

I found the problem. He only had 3 throttle body bolts and only 2 were tight. when i tightened up the third it cause the tb to slightly lift in one corner creating a whistle. I loosend the third to make it stop since i didnt have an extra bolt.
