Default civic alignment

I have a 95 civic here in thailand, recently put new tires, rims, struts on. The car drifts very slightly to the left, most annoying.

The alignment has been done many times on a computer system at the shop. I have watched them try and match the set of numbers up - and + on the screen.

However at one point they were stuck and pulled some part from the right rear of the car. Before i knew it, it was cut, a small section was taken out and then welded back together (to make slightly shorter). After screaming at them, their explanation was it had to be done. The car still drifts slightly to the left. and at high speeed i still think of that part snapping, then flip, crash and burning.

The part that was "modified" was about 10 inches or so long, (used to adjust the alignment). So my question is, would this be the part to buy in the US. then have it sent to thailand?

Also considering this to fix the camber

Washer trick for rear camber, search it, it's easy as hell.

They cut the control arms? My shop drilled a hyundai's strut to fix camber and fix it, so drilling/welding might not be evil in itself, I doubt they would've been totally careless, since they are liable for damages/deaths, my boss has mentioned that to me before.

they did the washer trick after cutting the piece. still not aligned.

as for liable, no...this is thailand alittle different attitude when it comes to accidents and death.

getting the new control arms (i'm assuming that was what was cut and welded) and the camber kit should allow the alignment to be adjusted perfectly ?

thanks for suggestions and advise.

If the cut the control arms I'd get new ones. Anyway, it should allow it to be, unless something is fucked up.
