eg run without vtec????

hey everyone i have a 94 civic dx and im about to swap in a d15b vtec, i was running if i dont wire up vtec could the engine still run fine? for like a couple of weeks?

Yes it will run perfectly fine. You just wont have spunk up top.

I've run with a broken VTEC solenoid for a year w/ no problems
It's not like VTEC even matters on a D series

i put 25k miles on my jdm d15b vtec with the stock cx ecu. now my car doesn't work. hmmn

you can even get a D16Y7 and a VTEC sticker
