I saw someone ask about flat black. I have recently painted my 2001 Accord Coupe V6 myself. I used BASF SC840 which is a one-part satin black topcoat over a Nason primer/sealer. I had no prior painting experience. Pictures below.

and then host the image in there abd then copy the url onto your post

 

Did that primer/sealer kept on absorbing the paint? I painted a vehicle one time and the m/f never told me that it does that. Dude I put like fkn 5 coats of paint on it for it to look good. Primer sealer kept absorbing the paint and all you can see is primer coming through the paint. I was so pissed!!!!

 

did you use auto paint with a hardener?

 

are those factory rims? I want I want.

 

no they are Sport Edition E6 17s with a Honda decal, they look stock
