Any options on the car? Wheel locks, alarm etc...
List the details for us
At MSRP (19,810) youd be looking at 21,791 out the door or so (TTL etc) minus your down, thats about 19041 to finance --- so either you payed a markup or you got some extra equipment along with the car --- hope that helps

The "anti-theft" device is not an alarm
You could break the civic glass, jump in, hotwire the car and drive it away and the "horn" would never sound --- no motion sensor
Its an extra layer of protection but a good alarm with a motion sensor will go a long way towards theft prevention --- if they want the car they will get it --- but at least there is less of a chance if you use a quality alarm (KARR makes a pretty good one)
