i have a 91 hatch, and i just bought a somewhat built single cam that has a bseries TB im suppose to change the wires around on the mapsensor then plug it into the TB. does enybody know what wires they are?

 

leave the map sensor wires alone. wiring is the same whether it's tb or firewall mounted.

if your car is a dx/std. and still wired for dpfi then you'll need to wire it up for mpfi and switch the outer wires on the tps sensor.
If it's already wired for mpfi then it's plug and play assuming the wires are long enough.

 

you just extend them to reach the tb.

ok so i changed it and when u start it the idle is fine then it starts decreasing then stals

 

changed what? make sure everthing is pluged in. did you use butt connectors or what? is there any cels?

 

its a 91 hatch and it has a b16 TB so u take the tps sensor off the firewall and plug it into the top of the TB i had to change the wires aroundso its white green red not the other way around, theres one plug that isnt being used and its the intake airfuel. now when i start it it idles high then declines and stalls, i should have to mess with the idel tho so idk whats wrong with it
