what car, transmission and year is this ecu from. JDM or USDM? Thanks in advance.

P72- GSR, could be 94-95 or 96-01

C01- Canadian 5 speed

is there any difference from the canada ecu and the us ecu. I'm going to be using for tuning purposes so i need to know if there are any differences.
