well i am not completely sure on this bumper but
in the nissan world... they have a UK version of the rear bumper that has to red fogs on it just like that...
some jag's have that as an option
but then again... this is a honda and i am just pulling info from expeirence...

It isn't that no one wants to help, it's just that there doesn't seem to be an actual question in the post. The original poster already stated that it is a rear fog lamp, which is 100% correct.
Now, if you are looking to purchase one, or you want to know how it should operate or why they are used, that's a different story.

(got so help on finding it ) and yes they are rear fog lights but no the y are not jdm they are edm, any way here they are.

No. The rear fog lamp is much brighter than regular taillights, so it can be seen more easily by other drivers in dense fog or inclement weather.
A typical rear fog lamp:

the purpose of the rear fog light is for saftey. It is a VERY bright red light on the rear of the car so that in thick fog those coming up behind you can see you. All it takes is a little bit of thought. Try it before you post and something rational might come out.
