i bough the car with intake/exhaust and msd. i changed the head to a 99 si head since the old one needed valve seals. i want to know what will bring power for less than $500. i just sold my turbo kit cuz i kinda wanna stay motor...maybe ill juice it.cams?headers?ecu? i also dont really care to rev past 8k, its my daily/fun car but i also dont wanna blow it for no reason. goals high 13s if possible.

im not spendin $700 on headers either cuz i live in south florida.
