Quick question about USDM lip kits

Quick question about USDM lip kits
Lets say I do a JDM front convertion on my third gen integ. Will any USDM front lip body kit still fit on the JDM front bumper?

a JDM front lip will fit on the JDM front bumper.
a USDM lip will not fit on a JDM front bumper without modification (not sure as to the extent, but you can really get anything to work eventually)
just buy a JDM front lip to go on the JDM front bumper.
