valvespring?

I recently purchased an oem set of type r dual valvesprings and retainers. There both color coded. one is yellow and the other one is blue. Can anyone let me know which is the exhaust and which is the intake? Thanx...14.3@101mphby the way, hope thats a good time.

the valvesprings can go either way.. but color on top i believe
