new, shifting

ok well i just joined this from my friends website...but yeah anyway i just got a 4 cylinder 06 accord and i have a 94 accord both manual....well i get really jittery when i race my accord and soemtimes i can't get my timing down perfectly with my clutch i was just wondering if anyone had any tricks of the trade to share....
