high compression 12.5 b20vtec

first i took my oil cap off...it was all milky white/drained the coolant but didnt see any oil in it...took the dipstick out/no water or coolant in it.
took my plugs out/cylinder #1 and 3 were wet from oil/#2 and 4 were dry...all spark plugs were like a gloss black..yea weird.So i decided to pull the head/(pistons are brand new arias)cylnder 1 2 4 were perfect cond but 3 was real black...detenation??no cracks in sleeves still looked good...and i couldnt seem to find any blow marks in the head gasket....any suggestions or help???

Well you pulled the head, you need to replace it anyway. Should have run a compression/leakdown test before pulling the head to diagnose the problem.
