its not going to rape your wallet too bad for the pait, if you do the sanding, and primering yourself, you should be able to get a deal around 200-250 area, but this of course is dependent on the area you live, who you go to, and your haggling skills... as for the bumper, im pretty sure it will fit, some slight modifications might need to be made (im sure the accord guys will either back me up on this, or give you much better insight though)

Bumper will fit. Even though its a little different design (looks cleaner), but it has same mounting points. Direct fit. Like "myrevenge" said it varies form state to state on the price. Usualy it would run around $60-100 in S.C. (thats without any extra sanding and chip removal). To save you some money, wetsand your old paint, and get rid of all the chips if you can. Then take it to any body shop. They have to look at it, to give you an exact price.
Note: Dont go to the plastic, you would have to primer that spot then.

Back in '99 I had my rear bumper ('99 LX) repainted, had been scratched up pretty badly. Cost was either $200 at any number of body shops (all were in the same ballpark, $200 to $230 or so). But the dealer's body man just wanted $100 to do the work.
The point being to be sure to check with the dealer, maybe their price will suprise you.
