Default Is it reasonable to trade this SE-R for a 1990 civic DX?

I have a 1992 Nissan Sentra SE-R. I am wanting to get into something with better gas milage, so naturally i gravitate towards the EF civics. Heres the details on my SE-R:

Good
-1992 Sentra SE-R, mechanically sound 180k on chassis
-Faded Ruby Pearl in color
-sunroof
-5 speed, no fifth gear popout
-SOKO motor swap with JDM DE recently finished (2 weeks ago ~<40k miles)
-Prothane motor mounts
-new clutch
-new starter
-new axles
-new axle seals
-struts good
-brakes good
-fluids flushed and changed to synthetics (Redline Shockproof Ultralight Tranny, Mobile 1 motor)
-new stock exhaust

Bad
-rusted rockers (holes towards the rear wheels/rest of rockers OK)
-rusted door jambs (but no holes and very solid)
-door dents galore

Im just seeing if I would make a fool out of myself if I proposed this trade to anyone. I am looking for a 1989-1991 civic hatchback with minimal rust, 5 speed of course. Is this unreasonable? Im new to Hondas, so any input is appreciated.
