Default Need Help Finding GSR Crankshaft

Well, I bought a B18c1 that spun a rod bearing and the journal on number two cylinder is pretty off. Does anyone know a website that sells these used or new for a good price? I found one on an Acura website for 700 but I'm only wanting to spend 400 or below. And yes I want a factory Honda crankshaft. I would consider an aftermarket one if I could get positive feedback from everybody that's used them. Thanks for your help in advance.

Post a WTB ad for a GSR crankshaft in the H-T classifieds.

Otherwise, Eagle rods are teh s*ck.

Why don't you have this moved to the classifieds or the Integra forum at the very least? What made you choose the Civic forum to place your Integra WTB thread in?

1.) Eagle rods have worked quite well in lots of my projects and

2.) If you check the guy's message a little more closely, he's not asking about conrods, he's asking about a crankshaft

Eagle has been making cranks for domestics for a looooong time. I would trust their product in any motor I built. You might want to check the forced induction forum, though, for some realtime feedback. I'll tell you in advance, however, that most of the guys in there making obscene amounts of power are still using an OEM crank.
