Default any difference between a 92 GSR ECU (P67 i think) and a JDM PR3

i just swapped an OBD1 JDM B16 XSi into my 92 integra gsr that had the b17. it was obd1. I am currently using the stock ecu.

my question is, is there any difference between the 2 ecu's mapping wise?

Yes, vtec activation points, ignition timing, fuel values are all a bit different.
