Default suspension question

what would be a good suspension set-up and settings for an EF... including ride height, camber angles, and etc... whateva you have to say, whateva you think and know... just tell me... im open for opinions

Well we don't know what you want to use it for... so....

Set your camber somewhere between 0 and 3 degrees (negative obviously)
Ride height, measured at the frame rails, I would put somewhere between 4 and 8 inches
Depending on your ride height, you want something between 14" and 17" for wheels, but remember to maintain the same overall diameter as stock (don't mess up the speedo)
I would go with shocks and springs all around too, and def a front sway bar, but if you don't have an Si I would say it's your choice about the rear sway.....

also i need this suspension to handle a k-series motor and a h22 motor... drag purposes onli... street and track use... thanks
