My LS teg has a loud squeak coming from the right front wheel. It goes away after driving around for like 2 mins. but its really annoying. Plenty of meat on the brake pads btw.

What should i replace? Wheel Bearing? Rotor?

might have dirt in it. Went down any unpaved roads lately? I usually go on a empty road some where and slam on the brakes go in reverse slam on the brakes and just keep doing that for a bit to clean them up a bit a friend of mine lives on a gravel road and mine squeak sometimes after leaving there.
