Moving shifter while in gear...

When I have my car in gear I can move the shifter left and right still like it's in neutral. It also feels weird shifting. Could this be a bad shift bushing?

Sounds to me like you could use some new bushings. Try changing them and see if that helps!

its the bushing on the tranny end of the stabilizer bar
