its not a big problem and iv search with no results. when i push in the clutch or rev the engine the rpms will go to like 500 then up to 1000 sometimes 1500. eventually it will fall to the around 800rpms where its supposed to be. iv cleaned the eacv and set the tps. i had a code 9 when i cleaned the eacv. think i was runnin a little rich. could that have clogged the eacv or could this be another problem?
