Which Motor Mount?
Alright, lets see, im about to take off, put it in First gear, tap on the gas and let off.
If i do that i hear this knocking sound, like a thump.
Sounds like the engine is hitting the firewall.
I want to get this fix because its really hurting my shifting skills.
Plus i dont think its safe driving like this, could be hurting the motor, tranny and such.
btw, i drive a 95 GSR.

How do i go about checking that?</TD></TR></TABLE>
It probably is the rear mount if you can hear it hitting the firewall.
Checking it is a little difficult...it is right behind the starter, but you may have to get underneath the car to inspect the rubber. Replacing it is a total PITA.
