spoon exhaust with 3inch piping?

spoon exhaust with 3inch piping?
i dont really want the kteller whole exhaust system but i do want the 3 inch piping can i use the spoon n1 axel back and connect the 3inch piping to it? will it affect the exhaust flow enough to notice?
