ZC Wont get fuel...Helpppp

ZC Wont get fuel...Helpppp
I have a DOHC ZC in an HF and its getting no fuel at all. It will run for 3 or 4 seconds and then shut off. If you turn the key off and start it again it will do the same thing. Any ideas??? Its not the fuel pump, i know that. Any ideas?? Anything will help... Thankss
