Default Engine Harness Swap

Not sure where to place this topic so i put it in here.

Anyways*

My question is: is it possible to change the engine harness without removing the engine?
I have a b16 swap in my '98 civic and i want to change the stock (cut & crimped) DX engine harness for a cleaner EX harness. Has anyone ever done this before without having to remove the engine? My engine bay is pretty much empty without A/C or Powersteering. Any help is appreciated because my crimping points are starting to get weak due to heat/dirt.

thanks

You don't need to remove the engine - you can unplug and plug back in all of the sensor plugs, but you will need to get under the car to get all of them. Make sure you read up (search) on the necessary modifications (extensions) that you need to make prior, and go to town.
