Default Rough idle after beating on car. Any ideas?

This problem just started a few days again, after doing some runs at the track my car sounded really bad at idle, seemed like it was misfiring if the revs were under 2k. Above that, its fine, but it will almost stall out while idling, idle rough, and missfire while im trying to get going. After a bit of (soft) driving it will go away. Any ideas?

It only does it immediately after I beat on the car though, it will drive fine when I normally drive like a grandmom.

Since so many have recommended it I might do a comp test, but why would a bent valve only become noticeable after I drive the car hard? The car is 100% fine when I drive it normal.

And also, the misfiring doesnt gradually get better, if I let it idle for a few minutes, it will crossover to a stock perfect idle from the rough lumpy misfire idle quickly not gradually.
