Has anyone done this on here yet? I saw it on 8th and I just bought the Hondata IMG, so I figured I would this while I have the IM off. Please feel free to chime in and let me know why this would/would not be a good idea. Thanks.

Hmm, so you're going to bypass the throttle body? I think you need that to get air into the motor.
Are you talking about bypassing the coolant lines that go to the throttle body in an attempt to reduce intake charge heat? I've done that on other cars, doesn't really make much a difference.

yes u can bypass it, however the reason they leave coolant lines through the tb so it does not stick in cold weather

I know that I can bypass it, but I wanted to know why I shouldn't. The cold weather thing does help me. Overall, would you guys do this now or wait until boost, or just not worry about it at all? Thanks for all the help.

Personally I would wait until boost. The engine bay doesn't look like an easy place to work and you aren't really going to get much benefit right now anyway. Just wait "until you're in there" doing other turbo stuff and add this to your list.
Even then, I wouldn't worry about it right away. In my experience with turbo projects and racecars, you'll spend 80% of the time to get 20% of the stuff done. You're gonna have a whole bunch of other boost-related concerns and frankly, this one is pretty far down on the list given the impact on performance it will have.
If you wait, then if you have to go in for warranty work in the mean time, the dealer can't hassle you.

I meant Throttle Body. I will specify that next time. I found some good answers.
