need suspension help

my 95 tegs got neuspeed springs but thats it for suspension. on sharp turns the bottom front scrapes the ground. what can i buy to stiffen the suspension?

Buy new shocks.

Are you sure the sound you are hearing is not the tire scraping the wheel well or fender?
