GEAR BOX TROUBLE!!

lately i've been driving my friends car and i realized that my car's (integra 94 rs) gear box is extra stiff, rugged, rough. how do you get it to smooth out?

you can start by changing tranny fluid. If that doesnt do sh*t for you than do a search cause this topic has been beaten to death.
