Hi.
Today I was driving around, and noticed my wiper making a weird sound.
It doesn't clear rains clearly, it makes spots before clean up.
Should I change my wiper or something wrong with it?

get new blades, and or maybe the spring the keeps pressure on the wiper arm is stretched out?

 

so if spring strached out, than how can I change them?

 

probably have to go to a junk yard or honda and pic up a new spring
