Default 94 civic with a B18C1 swap

Ok, I just dropped the 94 JDM GSR B18C1 into my 94 Civic Lx 1.5L non-vtec. I am having problkems with the wiring harness. I was told that I can use the stock harness from the 1.5L non vtec that came in the car. I also have a chipped P28 ecu for it. The car will not start after hooking up the harness and it is throwing the code 13: Atmospheric pressure. Am not not doing something right? Is there anything else that needs to be wired in?

DID YOU RUN THE WIRE FOR THE VTEC AND YOUR SUPPOSE TO CHANGE WIRES ON THE DISTRIBUTOR BECAUSE OBD2 HAS TWO AND OBD1 HAS ONE I BELIEVE

ok, found out that the timing was off by 180 degrees, thats why it wouldn't start. Now I may have to take the guy I bought the engine from to court because he lied about the condition of the engine. The crank and all bearing are completely messed up.

180 degrees off, where the cams upside down while the crank was at TDC?
