Default Weird idle problem. Please help.

I have a 94 accord with a f22b2 turbo. Everything was fine until my brakes started to go out. Recently my brakes started to fade or something. i think it may be my master cylinder. It feels like it goes in and loses pressure until it hits the floor and then i have to pump it again. This only happens when it is hot outside. Then that's when my idle started to jump. I checked for a vaccuume leak but i couldnt find one. then i adjusted my idle screw. It went all the way in and it's the idle is still at 1200. When its cold it jumps from 700 to 3000 rpm. Do you guys have any clue what is wrong? I cleaned out my idle air control valve thing behind my IM also. Please help me out.

could be a leak in your brake booster vacuum line. do you have anything t'd off that line? (vacuum manifold?)

It may be the actual brake fluid leaking, like notorious said. I had a problem with an old car, and they switched out the entire line, and it was fixed

hmm i have nothing t'd off the brake booster. i t'd off the line going to the cruise control. I tried spraying brake cleaner over all the hoses but found nothing yet. I may have to check the brake lines but i dont see any fluid leaking. Ill check out the lines though and let you guys know. thanks for the help

check other other vaccume lines or it may be the seal on the brake booster is out allowing a vacum leak...

with the brakes acting up and the idle going a little crazy i would definately look into a brake booster vacuum leak.

if thats not what is causing the idle problems i would look into replacing your fitv

or take the cap off and skrew the plunger down (snug) and see if that helps
