Default Question for all you Drop in filter cats

Do you notice a big difference in sound when VTEC engages with a drop in filter and/or snorkel? I know the AEM produces quite a amazing sound, with good horsepower for the money. I still like the stock Airbox. ..Just a thought before a purchase one or the other..

FINE!

A drop in doesn't make a much of a difference unless you remove the box completely (bad idea). The intake note is already aggressive stock, the drop in will only raise the volume a bit. Get a K&N drop in and forget about it.

On to the whoring:

I love my car.

Self love is the best love. ***** ***** *****. IBTL and ish. And stuff and yea. I just found out, I can still write in Vietnamese. Then I had Pho. Then I smoked a cig, had some coffee, and Scotty B here still hasn't responded even though he was complaining that we don't give him enough attention because maybe he's just a demanding ***** like that but I don't mind demanding ****** cuz they always want the ****.

*DEEP BREATH*

So I sanded my car again and I was gonna spray another coat but the garage was full of stuff so I couldn't push my car in there for another coat and besides the aircompressor was being used for the nail guns.

I honestly don't think I noticed a sound change when I put my K&N drop-in filter in...

oh well...as long as it is breathing better then that's all that matters.

Same here just got a K&N and dropped it in....no sound difference... i actually thought it was quiter than stock. What i did was put the stocl filter back in and take off the filter cover.... Much better and nicer sound .... but it does drop performance just a tad.
