I have a 95 accord, automatic, fresh black with nasty orange peel, Very Very clean interior... emaculate.... And this guy with a 1996 civic ex, 5speed, needs new paint...and slight body work.... Well
He wants to trade me.. and hed add 400 to 600 dollars....

Nope. You can tune a accord also. And how does his interior look? Under to hood? What kind of driving style does he have? For all you know he could have a lead foot, and you'll be in some serious tranny issues. Or never did the regular maintance on his engine and a few hundred miles down the road the thing just goes bad. It sounds like you have a good car right now, hold on to it.

what engine is in the civic?
what are your goals with the vehicle? if you're looking to build it and go fast the civic is a much better choice. more aftermarket support, lighter, much better engine to start with (referring to b series)
