i putting in a b16a in my 90 crx, i was woundering whats going to make the most power for little cash.

the motor that was in before was a y8 mini me with a works head cam, springs ect.

i have a exhaust no cat but i have the manifold for the swap. i have a cold air so tell me what you think.
