Who has the most miles on their? Extra points if it's the stock engine not just the chasis. Mine's an 89 SI with 280,000 miles stock D16a6.

 

My prior car, an 89 Si hatchback had 300,000 on the stock motor before the head gasket started leaking.

There is a guy in New Jersey that has 26,000+ origional mileage on his 89 si D16a6, I believe he bought it from an old couple that only used the car to go 2 miles to the Store and back. He's won awards for his mileage, it's pretty sweet, and it's a Y49!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

be carefull if you plan on doing mods to the motor. a motor with that much mileage
not good even tho it is a honda, my crx had 160,000 and i did a y8 mini me the head raised the compression to much and the rings as weak as they were they blow, which in the end cause engine failer. thats why i'm putting in a b16
